Join a team of others and get coached on what matters most.
I'm excited to announce a brand-new, 6-month program for leaders called Team Kidmin Coaching. You'll join a team of other leaders ready to go to the next level and get coached on what matters most.
Who Is This For? Are you ready to... … kick your ministry into high gear? … create the ministry model you’ve been striving for? … stop working so hard and, instead, work smarter? … prioritize the things in life that matter the most? … build relationships with other ministry leaders?
If you answered YES, then you need Team Kidmin Coaching!
Launching in January 2018, Team Kidmin Coaching is for those seeking to: > Become clear on your ministry purpose > Communicate for change > Develop winning teams > Lead your leader > Determine what’s not working in your ministry and how to make needed changes > Connect with like-minded ministry leaders to learn, share, and collaborate > Get your burning questions answered > Work ON your ministry to get some of the "to-do’s" that really matter finally done > Be accountable so you take consistent, purposeful action and enjoy the results
This is a journey designed from start to finish to help you. I don’t want to just help you craft and fine-tune what you’re DOING in ministry, but also craft and fine-tune YOU as a ministry leader.
What You Will Experience > Six Essential Growth Skills You’ll learn the how-to’s and know-how’s in skills that will help you do what matters most. Here is the blueprint for all six months:
Skill 1: Self-Discovery (January) To begin this journey, you will take the first critical step -- discovering how God has wired you as a leader. Everyone will take a self-assessment that will be used to target individual growth areas.
Skill 2: Relationships (February) Leadership is a relational skill. How you interact with others matters and has an impact on your effectiveness. During this month, we will focus on growing your interpersonal skills and leading those below you, beside you, and above you.
Skill 3: Asking Great Questions (March) Good leaders ask great questions. During this month, you will learn to solve problems by asking the right questions. You'll find that the power of your answers are directly proportionate to the power of the questions you ask.
Skill 4: Productivity (April) Productivity never happens by accident. You have to create disciplines in your life including a commitment to excellence, proper planning, and delegating to a team. We will unpack this principle during this month.
Skill 5: Communication (May) Kidmin leaders recruit, motivate, and inspire others. They teach kids one weekend and present to a church board the next weekend. These all have one thing in common: they require excellent communication skill -- the fifth growth skill.
Skill 6: Growth Through Pain (June) Whenever you lead people, you will experience pain. It has been said, "If you aren't bleeding, you aren't leading." You will be challenged to embrace pain and grow through it.
> Coaching Calls Every month you will participate in a video conference call with the group. These are live calls where everyone is on video and able to share. The others in the group will be your sounding board, cheerleaders, and accountability partners as you work on improving your ministry. Not only will you benefit from hearing the ideas and principles that I teach you, but your creative juices will flow as you learn from the thoughts and experiences of others in the group.
> Action Steps to Support Our Coaching Calls This is where you create your own magic and where the real results are achieved -- by doing the work. A goal without a deadline is a dream. I'll help your dreams come to life. The good news is that you won’t be alone. You’ll have specific goals and deadlines that we’ve determined together.
> Leaders are Readers. Readers are Likely Leaders. I know very few leaders who are uninterested in reading. Every month we will read a book together. Each book connects to an essential growth skill. At the beginning of the program, I will tell you which six books you need to purchase.
> Influencer Virtual Round Tables You'll participate in two virtual round tables with guest influencers. These events are only for members of Team Kidmin Coaching. You will be taught and, most importantly, will be encouraged to ask questions.
> Community You'll join a private Facebook group. This is where you can enrich your experience even further. Network and mastermind with other members, gather feedback, ask questions, and get additional access to me. This all happens in the context of a private group, meaning it will be a safe place to be real with one another.
> Retreat Team Kidmin Coaching includes a 2-day, “in-person” retreat at my office in Marion, Indiana. Beth and I will also have you over to our house to hang out. The retreat will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, February 6-7, 2018. You’ll be responsible for travel, lodging, and meals.
The Investment Most kidmin leaders I know do it all. They are the idea people, worship leaders, team builders, event planners, security officers, bookkeepers, and visionaries all in one. This means that one of the most challenging things for most kidmin leaders to do is to invest in themselves.
I heard a pastor a few years back say, "If you don't invest in yourself, no one else will." He is exactly right. You have to invest in your own personal and professional development.
Joining Team Kidmin Coaching will require an investment of your time and your financial resources. However, the dividends will pay for years and years to come.
The financial investment for this 6-month Team Kidmin Coaching is $2,400. You can pay up front or make six monthly payments.
Make the First Move Team Kidmin Coaching is limited to 20 people and admission is by application only. I am being very selective in who joins this group. Click on the "Apply Now" button and complete the online application.
Once your application is accepted, a deposit of $300 will save your spot. No further payments need to be made until the program launches in January.
Got questions? Email me with your questions. Otherwise, complete your application and make this happen for yourself. Once I receive your application, I’ll be in your inbox within 2 days to continue the conversation.
This is huge. A new chapter of your ministry begins the moment you commit to this process. We’ve got lots to do, and it’s going to feel so good as you start to see the results of your commitment to this process. I can’t wait to be your coach!
