5 Things To Do Automatically, Every Day

The screeching sound was so loud that it woke people up, it stopped parties, it got everybody’s attention on that dark April 14th night in 1912.

The unsinkable ship, the Titanic, within a few hours, would go underwater and most everyone onboard would die.  You know the story.  So much attention was given to what was above the water and not what was below the surface.

I can't tell you how important it is to pay attention to what's going on below the surface.  We put so much time and attention into the things that we see.  We get all wrapped up in what’s next and what’s big and what’s the shiniest and what’s the prettiest and what’s going to get most people’s attention and we don’t look at what’s going on beneath the surface.

There are five things that successful ministry leaders do automatically, every day. They are:

1. They create good habits to grow personally.

2. They surround themselves with the right people.

3. They keep their spiritual tanks full.

4. They develop future leaders.

5. They find fulfillment in their work.

Don't spend too much time on what is seen above the surface.  Make sure that what is going on below the surface gets a priority in your life.  Make sure that you are focusing on what matters the most.

This is why I created my new Kidmin Mentorship. I want to help you do these five things automatically, every day.  I don't want you to just survive in ministry... I want you to thrive in ministry! Click here to learn more.
